What about band or sports? Can I still play?

Yes! Invisalign TeenĀ® aligners are comfortable to wear and wonā€™t stop you from participating in the extra-curricular activities you love. They are often even more comfortable to play a sport or instrument in because there arenā€™t any brackets getting in the way. We donā€™t want anyone missing their activities in our Angier and Holly Springs communities.

What about food? Am I going to have to give up my favorite snacks?

Whether you like to snack on a crisp, fresh, apple or cheesy, gooey pizza ā€“ you can still eat what you want! Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign TeenĀ® aligners are removable. Just pop out the trays before you eat or drink and pop them back in when you are done. You can also drink plain water with your trays in, but should always remove them before having sugary or sweetened drinks.
