Beach, mountains, or staycation?
The beach—without question. There’s something about the sound of the waves and the wide-open space that instantly brings a sense of calm. Whether it’s a quiet walk along the shore or watching the sunset, it’s where I can truly slow down, reflect, and feel at peace.
Advice for patients who feel nervous about the dentist
It’s completely normal to feel anxious, and we’re here to support you—never to judge. I always encourage patients to be open about how they’re feeling so we can tailor the experience to their comfort. We’ll take things at your pace, explain each step, and make sure you feel in control. Simple things like focusing on your breathing or listening to your favorite music can make a big difference. Our goal is to create a calm, stress-free visit every time.
My hidden talent
I have a natural ability to create a calm, supportive environment for others—whether that’s through reassurance, thoughtful advice, or even cooking a comforting meal.
Introvert or extrovert?
I’d consider myself an ambivert. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and being part of a team, but I also value quiet time to recharge and reset.
A moment in my career I’ll never forget
I once helped a patient who came in feeling extremely nervous and visibly shaken. I took a few extra moments to reassure her and walk her through what to expect. After her appointment, she returned just to thank me for helping her feel at ease. That experience really stayed with me—it reinforced how meaningful even small moments of compassion can be, and how much the front desk experience shapes a patient’s entire visit.
Outside of the office
They’d likely describe me as calm, reliable, and easy to work with. I stay composed during busy times, keep things organized at the front desk, and always step in to help where needed. Most importantly, I strive to treat every patient with patience and kindness—no matter how hectic the day may be.
